“Sally” Sara Wynell Stang, 92, of Saint George, Vermont passed away peacefully on January 17th with family and love surrounding her. She had lived in many places and joked that the voice is the most portable instrument of all. The family expresses infinite gratitude to the Hinesburg EMS, the Saint Michael’s Rescue, the gentle people in the UVM Medical Center’s ER, and the loving team on the fifth floor of the Miller – all of whom brought kindness and loving care to her final and peaceful journey. Their favorite time was spent at their “home away from home,” the Beachmere Inn by the Sea in Ogunquit Maine, where they vacationed for over 30 years.
